No improvements needed. We were helped by a young lady named V.J. She was so cheerful, helpful and very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and made me comfortable about choosing U-Haul to move my furniture. The office was very clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this location to others. V.J. went above and beyond what was required of her and I believe she is certainly an asset to the company.
