Harry HWilliams is a small town, so this is a secondary service for an equipment rental company. Newer service provider. Yard is organized and I did an after hours self check-in and drop off. Web site walked me through it and it was easy with no issues. Very pleased to have a reliable location here.

Paul TI did a night drop off so I never actually met anyone. I did not go inside so I couldn't say how clean the inside was but the outside seemed very organized and nicely taken care of.

Kirk DThis is by far the best experience I have had with any truck rental location! I have used all of them and had mostly horrible experiences, even with some U-Haul locations! This one was very professional, friendly and helpful unlike many other locations that I have dealt with over the years! Most locations hate even working with U-haul and they take it out on the customers. Apparently U-Haul does not make it worth their time to fool with! This location was excellent! Thank you to the Williams, AZ Copperstate U-Haul branch! Great job!

Paul TI was given a 15' truck for a local (emergency run) to purchase parts from the next town over (about 40 miles) for my personal vehicle which was towed near by due to it not starting normally. As I operated the truck on the expressway I heard loud muffler noises as well as the front wheels shook badly. I contacted the staff who I rented it from and she said she only had that truck available. I had to purchase those parts and return back to the town to have the mechanic repair my vehicle. As I left the auto parts store I was stopped by the towns police. As I explained and provided receipts to show facts of my story that I had just rented the truck, he directed me to follow him back to the police department to have it inspected to verify the age of the problem. As I explained the story to the inspector I was allowed to continue to drive it back to the town where I rented the truck from. The town in which I purchased my parts they had posted signs for violations of the towns laws for not playing loud music and not to have loud noises from vehicles traveling down certain streets upon having tourists events, concerts, etc. The following day I contacted the store in which I rented the truck from and explained the entire situation and requested a refund. She told me that she will have her husband check the truck and call me back. I provided her with the name of the police officer and inspector. She charged me additional for traveling to the police department and never bothered to apologize nor call me back. Very Unprofessional Staff hired on by U-Haul.....

Ed MThey were friendly and very congenial. Really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. They could probably do more to make sure the equipment was ready as soon as they get it so there are no surprises later. I very much enjoyed renting from them and everything worked out well.
