I was disappointed to receive a last-minute call from U-Haul on a change of pick-up location which was a hassle, but it all worked out.

I booked thru the app to pick up a 15' truck at a satellite location and when I got there, there was no truck for me. I had to call the call center to find locate a truck for me. The only available trucks were over 1 hours away which were not an option as I had a wedding ceremony rehearsal to attend over 1 hours away from where I was. The whole experience was horrendous, caused me massive amounts of anxiety and stress and made me late for the rehearsal that I was coordinating. I eventually found a truck closer to me, but that experience was also horrific as my app said confirmed; however, when my husband got there to pick up the truck, they could not find the reservation. We have always booked with U-Haul, but after this experience, we will be finding a different, more dependable truck rental company.

Just for 1 Litter of gas . You guys charged me 35 dollars for fuel. That is not fair

We had a bad experience with worker who goes by Debbie. She was very rude and had very bad attitude with us when we were asking regarding the bill. We got overcharged and she was harassing my mom by text message. Poor costumer service!!!!!

The person doing the booking misrepresented the pricing i got over charged. Not a good and transparent service. I will report it to bbb about invoicing which looked like a scam
