East to drop off and accessible. Convenient. Dropped on the off hours so didn't deal with personnel.
Scott BIt was not a convenient location for me. Despite this, everything worked out for the best because it was a catalyst to my getting the truck loaded the night before I planned to leave which turned out to be the better choice.

Eric WI originally was supposed to pick up at a different location and because of the poor scheduling model I was sent another two hours away one hour each direction to pick up from a different location. This is unacceptable and it needs to be corrected, there needs to be a buffer of time between rentals to ensure that, the trucks are returned in a timely manner and ready for the next person. There also needs to be consequences for those who don’t return within a certain window of time around their return window.. I understand things happen and things come up and things change, but simple communication from the previous renter would have altered my entire day and made things significantly easier either that or a better rental module that gives enough time for people to have unforeseen circumstances trains stopped traffic on the freeway having to get gas, whatever it may be, not sending people hours out of their way. However, the pick up location that I’m giving the feedback on is in Pocatello, Idaho not the actual pick up location in Aberdeen that I used the Aberdeen location was the secondary location because Pocatello didn’t have their equipment. The Aberdeen location, amazing phenomenal great people the manager at the Pocatello location. He is also a great manager, but great leaders can only do so much with a scheduling model. Fix it.

Eric WI was given this location when there was a truck, the size I reserved right around the corner from my loading point. I reserved my storage, truck and moving services 3 weeks ago. I had hoped because I paid a large amount upfront things would go as planned. Because that's why I paid for all of the reservations. The only thing that went right was the moving labor. The storage I reserved, the location called me 2 days before I move into my unit. They told me they could only get me multiple smaller units versus the unit that I had originally reserved with U-Haul. The next day U-Haul called and explained to me that they don't have my truck either I had to drive to Aberdeen to get the truck and trailer which were not even the space that I needed. My well-planned move was destroyed by U-Haul except for the moving help and the labors at Mountain Movers. When I tried to come to the Pocatello location to fix you always mess up because my storage unit in Medford Oregon was not available your representative tried to rip me off then I ended up going all the way to Aberdeen to get my truck and trailer when there was one right around the corner from my house. I believe the only good thing about my move was the movers that showed up did their.job diligently and I will continue to use them in the future I'm not sure if I will continue to use uhaul.

Bahman AThe confirmation call I received from main Uhaul was extremely disappointing and has made me rethink my use of Uhaul again or referrals. Corbridge has always been reliable, trustworthy and well managed. The Uhaul phone call i received, was a man that argued with me about my rental and was totally unprofessional. Thank goodness the employees at the rental and return locations are wonderful to deal with. I had rented from Uhaul for all my moving needs

DENNIS SWhile I was in the store filling out the paper work, the owner was outside hooking up the trailer to my pickup. When I came outside, I just jumped into the pickup and drove off.

Seth RI initially had a reservation in Pocatello, I got a call and they said they didn't have the trailer I reserved. I had to drive to Aberdeen to pickup the trailer, 70 miles round trip. It was an inconvenience but the did take $20 of the rental.
