The drop-off experience was unacceptable. No one was available at the drop off site at 4:30 pm. It was a Saturday so I get it. The UHaul website kept on cutting out no matter how many times we tried signing back in. As a matter of fact when we signed back in there was no record of our reservation. We finally were able to reach Support by telephone who was helpful but still could not provide us with a receipt. We still have not received a receipt.

I find it really strange that the final amount was exactly the amount projected. I didn’t receive any money back nor did I have to pay more. The amount paid was predicted when I got the keys to the truck. That is some abracadabra stuff.

A $15 “safe move” charge was added that I never signed for, asked fit and not knew about by the staff. It clearly says in a contract that this is optional. When I asked the staff about it, she stated we added to everybody. I asked remove the charge. They did not. Shady stuff won’t be going back.

The Gps Uhaul uses would not recognise that location. Had to call Uhaul for assistance. Also, the Uhaul truck was parked inside a gate in a mini storage facility that we were not given an access code to. When I called Uhaul they said there was a small gate nearby that we could walk thru. I hung up, tried the gate. Locked. So we had to wait about an hour until luckily, a man came to access his storage unit, had HIS code # and we followed him inside the gate to get the truck. Upon return same issues. Gps didn't recognise location. Left the truck OUTSIDE the gate as again, no access code to put it back inside the gate. This was ABSOLUTELY the WORST experience we have EVER HAD with Uhaul. Would NOT recommed this location to anyone. When I called the location on Monday to speak with someone about it all, the woman seemed unbothered and unapologetic by our experience. Just didn't seem to care. She said she heard the gps was "hit and miss" and people have to call Uhaul. When I asked how we were supposed to get the truck out of the gated area she said Uhaul was supposed to give us an access code. Didn't happen We wasted two hours of our "rental time" picking up and returning the truck. It was AWFUL!!!

Trash was in back of our truck and they didn't get us our dolly we paid for very poor experience

The truck had a bag of trash in it, I ordered moving blankets those were not in the truck, the doors whisted due to air leaks, the check in app would not work, lost an hour trying to check in to pick the truck up. So yeah it was hands down a horrible experience.
