I have a reservation and this customer service fucked up. I order U-Haul 16 foot and I go there I drive one and a half hour and he give me 10 foot. He said he doesn’t have 16 and he make me rent 10. And he make me drive double mile. And more work for me.

raymond kDropping off a trailer, there was no parking marked as ok for U-Haul. I just guessed that the spots w no signage were ok. Tight space as well. If I wasn’t experienced backing up, I’d have been in trouble :)

Thomas BGuy was helpful, but I haven't gotten a resolution yet. he was supportive on the phone and said the regional manager would help me. It's hard to give a good review, but the guy at this place wasn't really responsible so I'm going to go with above average because he really could have just shrugged his shoulders when I called and told me to reach out to the 1-800, which he did, but he was at least kind about it.

Lisa KWell I initially called Union/Brundage location but they did not have the car tow dolly that I needed. They checked and found one at this location. The entrance was a little difficult to find at first. When we arrived there we had to call a # that was posted on the gate because there was not anyone there. We had to wait for the person to arrive. Once he arrived he was very helpful. Also when we returned the tow dolly we needed to text that we were dropping it off in the parking lot in view of the surveillance camera, which he instructed us to do and he would arrive and take it into the property. Overall everything went fine and service was good. Thanks
JOHN AThe door to staff was not even marked with "U-Haul" logo, no one available to help my daughter. She returned it with the exact amount of gas the truck was given to her with, and this location charged my card $93.36 for FUEL without even telling her or calling me. I replied immediately and asked for someone to contact me, and no one has.

Richard CThey were very helpful professional and friendly.... they were a little hard to find but luckily the guy running the place was on his toes and acknowledge me. he helped me return the equipment correctly and let me in through the exit since I passed the entrance up...I didn't get his name but I would like to thank him again for not making me feel dumb and also thank him for his patience knowledge and his overall AWESOME customer service...KUDOS!..AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH I WILL DEFINATELY BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND ALSO REFERRING THEM TO OTHERS...
