Asked to pay split payment and he said that it was ok and i put my card in and he charged me the whole amount and then said there is nothing that can be done about it. Unprofessional payment method done on his personal phone as well. Left very angry with the experience

I will never use Uhaul services again. Went to pick up cargo trailer nobody was there at this location. Couldn’t get in business since it was closed. Called the number lady said that nobody was there and said I would have to go to another location. I refused cause I like everyone else doesn’t like their time being wasted. I was upset. There was 2 6x12 cargo trailers and a box truck. She said the box truck was blocking the trailer and she was waiting on someone to come and unlock the box van since keys were locked inside. My husband just moved the cargo trailer and we hooked it up and did the rest of the reservation over the phone. Very very unprofessional

Dan GThis place is not an easy place to pick up a truck. No WI-FI available so I could not do the mobile check in on the ap. It is remote, has no office and in a dicey part of town. My Uber driver was concerned for my safety so he did not leave me alone. Thankfully, he went into the building to locate someone to help me with the reservation and would not leave me alone until I had truck key in hand. I was told the UHaul on Dunn Road would not have any 10’ trucks so was instructed to pick up at this location. When I got to the UHaul on Dunn Road, there were several 10’ trucks.

Spencer CThe mobile app for pick-up/after hours is very poor. It has a problem with device location. I experienced it twice in the same day. When I dropped off the truck, there was a person on site who said he was a "U-Haul person." He told me all I had to do was put the key in the drop box. He said that was all I needed to do. I left the site and later looked at the app to be sure I didn't need to do anything more. I realized there was a process to return the truck and it required me to return to the site, which I did (now after business hours). This is when I encountered a problem with the device location again and was not able to complete the check in. After two phone calls, the "U-Haul person" returned to the site and completed the check in manually. Not a smooth experience.
Charles TThere was some confusion with a prior quote at a different pick up location, and the system made me change to this location. After picking it up, the other location called me to say I didn’t pay, but for some reason they also had a reservation, which was not showing for me. it must have been from my original quote.
Brad WThe equipment was modern, clean and well maintained. Instruction stickers were printed everywhere on the truck and tow dolly, plus the videos were very instructional. I was very happy with the condition of the equipment, and how it performed. The pickup process was very easy and quick. I did the on-line check-in, then called when I picked up the truck and tow dolly. The other positive that went into selecting U-Haul was their extensive network of locations! I picked up the truck two miles from the apartment drove 1,000 miles and doped the truck off at a location 1 mile from my destination.

David HI was told I had to go inside to pick up the keys and not given a code for the lock box but there is no inside of this location. I had to contact customer service and we were able to get the core but the lock barely worked and was very difficult to open. This process took 20 minutes of our paid for time delayed us.
