They were too unprofessional,vehicle was covered with heavy snow & they asked me to clean as per them it is my job to clean the windshield out of heavy thick snow in order to drive,when I asked to broom os shovel stick to clean they said that they don’t have,I had to go back at home to get broom to clean it.when I went to return the shop owner came & blaming me that i didn’t made the reservation,showed him email then instead of apologizing he was telling me that i should have dispatched this,I was like how i know your staff should know about this stuffs.they were too rude & unprofessional.i know u haul always gives best service but this store just disappointed a lot.

The cab was dusty, with food crumbs on floor and cup holders. There was also some wind noise from the driver side door. It is a working truck, functional, so otherwise fit for purpose.But a vacuum and/or a wipe between rentals, along with a few small mechanical tweaks would get you five-stars.
