I had to wait 10 mins before the guy would help me and got upset when I tried to put in another spot for trailers
JAKE TThey told me I can fix the number of days when I got to my destination I would have never of rented it if I knew it was going to be that much but they lead me to believe it wouldn't be.
MATTHEW HBrought the truck back later than expected, but still same day and before closing. Was charged for an entire extra day rental and insurance! Insurance for a truck sitting in the parking lot! Contacted U Haul customer service, was told a manager would get back to me but haven't heard anything 5 days later.

Joseph KOwner was on the phone. Had to interrupt to get his attention. Had to ask for help to lift the trailer off the ball. Better customer attention is strongly suggested.
THOMAS LLocation was a gas station for pickup. The rest room was not clean. There was no computer to check me me out. The lady did it on her mobile phone. This does not represent what I expect from U-Haul as a trusted brand.

Hamza AThe woman who helped me drop off the vehicle was the most helpful person I interacted with through the entire process. Customer service was useless and rude. Uhaul needs to employ more people like her.
Andrew PAttendee at pick up location was not very helpful. Not prepared for my arrival. He made me hook up the trailer to my vehicle myself. He did not help. I told him that was not normal.
Dave MReally need camera to see the hitch when trying to backup and attach the trailer. Also need camera to see car being towed.

TISHIE JThe person who rented me the truck was very kind and helpful. The problem was NOT her or the location. The problem was that the truck had some issues. The driver side visor was broken. It kept falling down in my line of vision. Also, the driver side windows handle knob came right off in my hand when I tried to roll down the window. Very distracting while driving a 10 foot truck. There were notification lights lit up on the dash for tire pressure system and something else that I did not recognize. I was driving this truck from Murfreesboro to Livingston and I was worried that there would be problems. There were no driving problems, but having lights lit up on the dash and parts of the interior falling apart made me nervous. I feel like a paid almost $350 to use this truck for 36 hours. The truck itself was clean, but certainly not worth $350. I will only rent directly from a reputable UHaul rental place going forward. The only reason I didn't this time is because most of the UHaul dealers in my area were closing soon or closed by the time I went and got the truck. Hopefully my feedback helps to set a higher standard for some of UHaul's dealers who are not up to UHaul's excellent standards. I love UHaul, but this truck. Ugh.. just had me nervous. Thanks!
LINDA PWe left a phone in the truck and the found it and held it behind counter so it was there when we discovered it missing this morning.
MICHAEL MPersonnel was polite, but did not give clear directions on where to park, which meant I had to go in/out of the store a couple times to clarify. Additionally, they did not offer any assistance with parking - which involved backing up the large truck into a space just big enough for it in the small gas station area. Fortunately my husband arrived at that time to pick me up and was able to spot me.
