This location was a forced change, 40 minutes RT away vs 8 minutes for the requested site. I also passed at least 3 locations closer to my home than this. DON’T SELECT ALTERNATE PICKUP LOCATIONS WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH THE CUSTOMER. Also, I picked up a truck with 3/4 tank of gas and dropped it off full, how do I get credit for the extra gas I bought?
