Worst experience ever. No one there to help even though I signed up for a manned location. Cell signal one bar or less do your app worked poorly reservation was not set up for unmanned pick up both windows of truck open when I arrived because truck smelled like pot and it was wet inside also garbage on floor of cab. Check engine light on no one to tell me if that was ok. Empty tank so dash said 41 miles to empty and I could not verify miles. It took me over an hour and a half to get someone on the phone and work through all the issues. Since this was not the site that I chose to pick up the truck and you changed the site it added miles to my trip that I have to pay for this is really really really poor customer service and not what I’ve come to expect from U-Haul.
