Easy to make a reservation and to choose the right vehicle. I’ve rented here before and would recommend this location. The truck I rented did have high mileage but was perfect for my needs.

PURN DDidnt have dolly I ordered but was still charged. Also I put gas in the vehicle in accordance with the contract but was still charged a gas surcharge.

ZACHARY KThe process of getting the truck was frustrating and took over 30 minutes. The system wasn’t working and so I contacted support and was told to have the manager manually rent me the equipment but the person at the counter would not contact the manger. I ended up calling the u haul support team and they assisted.

CRISTINA REven though I reserved the truck 2 weeks ago and had all the confirmation emails to prove it, the truck I reserved was not available. They gave me a bigger truck for the same price, but the interaction took a long time when I was already stressed about getting everything moved on time. I'm not sure what would have happened if the app had been working and I had done mobile check in, as I had planned, or a human wasn't available (since I had said I would be doing a mobile check in - I guess this time it was a good thing that the app doesn't work).

KARYL VUhaul app is horrible. Took 45min to get approval for equipment pickup. Go to a location with a human that can help.
DANIEL CWe had significant issues with the app at the initial pick up location due to insufficient cell coverage - so we had to call and get a diff pick up location assigned which was this one. Very friendly staff, but unfortunately even with explaining twice the intended drop off location - it was entered incorrectly. That caused us to not be able to use the app at drop off as it was entered wrong. This caused us to have call yet again to get it straightened out. Since we were already home when we called the second time, we couldn’t enter everything into the app which caused issues on the back end. Because of these problems we did not find the app user friendly or helpful at all. Our experience only.
Brian MJust a little confused about the calculation of mileage initially. It was explained when I returned the truck. Truck was in good condition. When I picked up the truck I had to back it up quite a distance to get to where I could turn it around. Thought the rental personnel might have pulled the truck out ahead of time. No big deal. All in all a very good experience.
ROBERT FIt is a gas station/store. There is not a dedicated counter to handle pick-ups/returns. And only one person running the whole show. The guy in the store was helpful in getting my car unloaded from the transporter. Again, I would suggest having an extra person to help.

Nathaniel KThe clerk at the convience store where the truck was dropped off was clueless. They did not inspect the truck. They didn't come out and ensure I returned on the furniture pads. They didn't look to see if the truck had been cleaned up. They couldn't answer any of my questions. They were willing to sell me a bottle of pop, however. This was a really dumb location to drop off a rental truck.
jeff sNothing wrong w/ pickup location, staff was actually very helpful. But I requested a uhaul at a different location and they made me pick one up at this location 15 miles away (assuming b/c they didn’t have one at the requested location). They then proceeded me to charge me for every extra mile that I drove because of their rerouting. Awful handling of business, will not return to uhaul.

EMILY WPickup location was fine. U-Haul customer service was awful. They changed pickup location and drop off the day before to 30 minutes out of my way and were completely unsympathetic and unhelpful in any way to help accommodate the added cost and inconvenience. I hear this is typical of them. Odd that we are expected to keep our promise to pay them when they don’t keep their promise of pickup location. And are rude about it too.

Morgan HThe backend of the truck had all kinds of clothes and trash in it I had to remove all the clothes out and then sweep it. I think I should get the cleaning fee that they charge the previous renters. I have pics. if you want to see them.
Denise MThis U-Haul location did not have the 2 utility dollys that I ordered; or have capability to finalizing moving help that I ordered for my move. They never let me know about the moving help until 2 days before my move. I spent an hr with customer support trying to arrange for help, but people there were awesome. They also didn’t let me know until I got to pickup the truck that they didn’t have the dollys so I had to pay $11 each for another kind which were really heavy and hard to use. I had to wait an hr at pickup location for her to check me out, because she had to keep stopping to wait on store customers- 1 hr of my moving help was used just waiting at U-Haul location. I never received a printed contract, and when I returned the truck, I waited 40 minutes for her to print a receipt for my receipt, and she finally said she would email it. A day later, I have still not received an email with a receipt of what I actually paid. I would NEVER recommend this location or use it myself again. When the word “Neighborhood” is used in name of the location, you expect it to be friendly. I used this location because it was only 2 miles from where I lived. I would have driven 10 miles to another U-Haul dealer, if I would have known how awful this experience would be!!

Robert RLocation was a bit challenging to talk to on phone (language barrier) to get rental details. Ended up calling 800 desk and got things cleared up. So not that they manage rentals, so not a real ding in the end. Truck was there as promised. I did catch a significant dent in rear that had not been flagged, they quickly marked it (photo uploaded after tagged) and off we went.

Tom DIt’s not the location’s fault, I’m fact the staff were very helpful, it’s Uhaul’s a fault for not insuring each location has adequate WiFi connection. If you’re going to rely on WiFi for your checkin/out process you should offer free password protected WiFi at each location.

Adam GWe recently had a big snow dump 2 days prior but the truck was not preped and ready like most uhaul locations I've been to. The associate seemed surprised I was picking up a uhaul at my scheduled time. The truck was surrounded by 6+inches of snow and truck windshield was covered in ice and several inches of snow. When asked for a snow scraper I was given a broken 6 inch scraper which was nearly impossible to reach the truck windshield or scrape off and the snow was frozen over, I had to chisel away for 10 minutes. He also apparently couldn't get in the back of the truck because it was frozen over and took about 30 minutes to get me the dozen furniture protectors. The truck was dirty. Food mushed on the floor. And did not shift properly. I was pushing over 4k RPMs just to accelerate to 35mph. The driver side door didn't close all the way. Having the location at a gas station is convenient for turn over but I wouldn't recommend this location again.
Rachel AIt took forever for the online agent to approve my rental, and it seemed like the gas station clerk wasn’t really trained on the uhaul rental process. They were waiting for a text message thay never came to release the keys. After about 5 minutes they just gave me the keys.
Daniel MThe clerk did not speak or understand English well. I thought I was purchasing the higher insurance, but found out differently when I needed a tow. Then I got into a "Catch-22"- over $300 - and now have to fight to get that refunded because it was equipment failure that caused me to get a tow in the 1st place The parking brake handle was dangling & therefore not useful DO NOT rent from this location.
Phillip Bbe able to look for specific vehicles in the area in real time. I know its dynamic and people can extend rentals, etc., but having this info only after selecting a location is frustrating. Both ways would be nice.

Leticia DPersonnel onsite was very nice and quick. I've never dropped off a Uhaul at a gas station before. Freaked me out. A bigger sign or a label on the app address like "Fueling Station" to make clear this was where the truck was to be dropped off would have been very helpful.

Dan BHad a horrible experience with self-checkout the day prior. Went to this location in person and had a better experience. Only thing was checkout was too darn slow. I must've been there for 20+ minutes. My takeaway is U-Haul provides excellent service and good customer service but their interface with technology (app, lock codes, photo upload) is in the toilet.
DINESH KPoor customer service because it was located in a gas station. The worker tried his best but there was no time to help the uhaul customers. Not happy with uhaul at all. Will use a different company next time.
