I have documented the many issues I had with this location and poor unprofessional service. I booked with my regular UHaul location. Never had an issue. A few days before my pick - UHAUL called and asked would I be willing to go to another location for pickup. They said they were trying to give the second location some business. I agreed thinking my experience would be similar. I was not! Please read the file that was sent to the man agent team on Feb 5th. Way too much to list here.

The truck was covered in snow and the sidewalk where the truck was parked had not been shovelled. We did not receive the appliance dolly that was requested. The attendant gave us a very small dolly which was of no use. When I returned the truck, the attendant asked if zi filled the gas tank. I told him it was filled to half capacity which is the way we returned the truck. He made a comment about the gas needed to be filled and extra charges could apply. I also noticed on my receipt that I was charged the $10 fee for pads which I hadn't requested nor did we receive them. This is a newer location but the service was not close to being good.
