The trailer I rented had an updated hitch and brand new cables on it, I love the new updated hitch that you no longer have to twist and turn the knob to get it on and off.

Nothing, I will not rent here again. I was charged an additional fee which was not disclosed to me when I rented the truck nor when I spoke with the lady at this location to advised that I was returning the truck

U-Haul app for sharing didn’t work . Guess it’s a common to happen. But the super nice lady at the cornerstone mini storage was all over it and handled things. Thank you for the help pretty sure it would have been a horrible day without you

Once again, UHaul dropped the ball in ensuring that my truck (and additional moving supplies) was there and ready for pickup. This rental location is 312 W Westhill Dr. in Cleburne. I made the reservation and was "guaranteed the equipment at 8am. The location didn't even open until 9 and there was NO 26' truck on the lot when we arrived! I called UHaul customer service and they located a different location for pickup and this one was Cornerstone Mini Storage. Patti, at this location, was wonderful! She had the equipment and was very friendly and understood my frustration that the first place that was "supposed" to have my truck ready, did NOT! At this point, I was already an hour in to my move time. UHaul needs a lot of work in the reservation/dependability area! The truck that I did rent was well maintained but was dirty. Other than that, I can't say enough about how pleasant it was dealing with Patti at Cornerstone Mini Storage.

We needed a quick truck to move a sofa and bed last minute for just an hour in-town. Cornerstone Mini Storage provided exactly what we needed and the U-Haul App made it easy for us to pick up and drop off outside business hours.

The lady behind the counter was knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. She walked me through the whole process, and what to expect financially. She went above and beyond to set me up with a 24 hour rental instead of just a few hours. That helped because we ran into a few snags Along the way and ended up not turning in the truck until after 9:00 PM. It may be experience so much better to have someone so nice helping you. Sidenote – please fix that poor girls air conditioning. It was miserable in there.

Trailer was clean and 100% functional, but the paint and signage were old and worn . Service was unimpaired and when I got it muddy,, I actually was glad it wasn’t new and just hosed it off!
