AARON FReserved a truck for pickup at mohave storage. When I went in at the scheduled pick up time I was told they did not have a truck, however there were 2 in the lot. Clerk told me she would not let me take either one and sent me to the next city over to look for the truck that I reserved.
ADAM SI have used Corona Storage under the ownership of Mr. Ray in the past two months. Ray has provided an amazing service and helped me every step of the way. Moving is not fun but Ray made it so easy for the transportation. Thank you !

RONALD WI set up my rental three weeks in advance. I got a call two days before saying I had to drive an hour away to get the truck I reserved. They gave me more mileage to my trip and another day (didn’t need). Then I got to my location and unloaded it only to get another phone call saying I needed to drive it to a further location to drop it off (again costing me more gas money which is BULLSHIT). I turn it in at the place they asked with a half tank of gas as directed. Seen as they were so busy they told me to park the truck and they would send me a receipt. I got the receipt and they charged me for a cleaning fee. I mean seriously, all the running around I did wasting more money in fuel and you’re going charge me for BULLSHIT fees like a cleaning fee. That’s ridiculous!!

SHANNON MI'm not sure, this location was called by another one and asked if they had a van that wasn't being used at the moment and if someone wanted to come and rent it it was available to rent.
CHRISTOPHER CI have used this u-haul place many times and they have always been great. I highly recommend them.

THANH TUpon dropping off the truck, within 5 min or so of dropping the truck off he started cleaning and going thru the truck, checking out the cargo area and cab (the guy there at the time stated that his wife helps him to keep the place up and clean) sometime after a few weeks, I realized that that I had left my Predator (harbor freight) flex solar panel behind the passenger seat. Talking to Mark (weekend Manager) on 10/23/25, he said that he would check the truck to see if it was still there, I highlighted the point that a month had passed he acknowledged the fact and said that he would call me back, I never received a call nor does my phone show a missed call he stated that he left a voice mail (there was no voice mail). He Mark went on to say that he talk to the guy that took the truck in on 9/23, and stated the he did not see the solar panel, the measurements of the panel when folded is 21" x 26" black and red. I have si ce replaced the panel, but thought and hoped that either of the uhaul would be honest and upfront but I guess not
