Terrible experience. I arrive, they don’t have the appliance dolly nor the 12 furniture pads we needed. This nearest place was 20 minutes OUT of the way (and that location only had the pads. No place had the dolly). So we had to go without. The app asks me if the place has the items. I select no. It tells me I need to talk to the person on location. No one is there. The Apple Maps says the location is open but no one there. The app won’t let me move on. So I eventually have to select ‘yes’ that the dolly and pads are there. Then the app wants me to take pictures of the vehicle. I take pictures. They don’t save. I do it two more times. Nothing. I decide to skip cause it gives me that option. I try to skip and it says ‘you have to take at least one picture’. So I’m stuck. Had to call someone. They told me to just leave without finishing. I return vehicle and I get charged a lot for not filling up gas back to normal spot. The app never told me to do this. It probably told me later on but I couldn’t get past that one spot. So I got charged for the pads and dolly and extra for gas. I had to call someone for all the issues. Still waiting on an answer.
