Steven BThis place was great, good people to work with. However, Uhaul itself did not deliver for me. I had requested an appliance dolly to move some larger items, that was not made available to me even though I had requested it on hauls website. Also Uhauls website and the way e erything is done on your phone is confusing and there are no straight forward instructions about your pickup. Too many text messages to click links. It would be nice if the website told you to look for links to be sent to your phone. Not everyone us glued to a phone nor carry one all the time and things can be missed. Overall experience with Uhaul 2, location to pickup the Uhaul 10.
