Some better way to let the customer know which uhaul locations are "IN TOWN ONLY" as opposed to "ONE WAY TRIP" would have been great. Someone to answer the phones at those location would be great as well. What should have been a $300 trip including gas turned into a $700+ trip. I will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. And I will recommend ANY OTHER MOVING COMPANY BEFORE THIS THEIVING MISCOMMUNICATION OF A BUSINESS!
