I can never understand why I request a pickup location, and then you switch it to another location the day before pickup. At this spot, the trailer wasn't hooked up correctly and came loose from the car a few minutes after I drove off. This was VERY DANGEROUS and it's a miracle that no one was hurt and no other car was damaged. I reconnected it as best as I could and carefully drove back to the pickup site and the guy had to call someone and they then sent me over to the U-Haul store that I had actually requested and they connected the trailer correctly. STOP SENDING ME TO LOCATIONS THAT I DIDN'T REQUEST! This is very irritating!

Returning the vehicle was a hassle. It needed to be parked in a restaurant parking lot that was full with stacked parking. I had to have multiple conversations, including going inside and waiting to talk to people a the restaurant. Had to move the truck multiple times before it was deemed parked in an acceptable spot.
Tim WThe rat door was frozen in place so there was no closing it. I had a limited window of time and I couldn’t move the truck once it was unloaded. Big waste of money. Also the suspension is shot on the truck. It drives all over the place

IVAN SNot pick up friendly. Lot was small and hard to navigate. The point of contactThere did not have a lot of information on my rental for example, where to drop it off my whole experience with U-Haul was not very easy.
