Had all kinds of debris and dirt all inside storage made numerous complaints about how it wasn’t kept up out front found mouse droppings and roaches all over our stuff Probably from the units next to us was not satisfied ruined a lot of our stuff not happy at all. Phil on the other hand was friendly Just wish units were more maintained and kept up so they wouldn’t have been this issue

My parents owned a storage unit here at Cottonwoods Super Storage growing up, it was amazing for me to rent my own unit the older I got. Phillip you are an amazing person and storage owner! You made everything so easy and amazing for a first time storage renter. Thank you for a great experience renting my first storage unit! ((: I would HIGHLY recommend this place to family and friends!(:

I loved this storage facility. The managers were very friendly and helpful. I started renting here years ago and liked it so much that when I moved back near town I stored my belongings here even though I lived in Prescott. The hour drive to my storage was well worth it to be somewhere that I felt like the managers cared and my belongings were safe. I would highly recommend this facility.

All good except accounting team charged my cc for month after I had moved out. I had given a 23 day move out notice so surprised to see charge. Otherwise happy with everything.

Phillip is an amazing manager. He shows care and concern for his renters that I have not experienced from any other storage facility. (Believe me I have had several of them over the years.) I am also very appreciative of the owner who actually worked with us during these tough Covid times when I lost 1/2 my income for six months. Showing care and concern for your clients should be an important aspect of any business organization, and these gentlemen get five out of five stars because they have truly accomplished this goal.
