Rex CTruck was in bad condition it barely ran it had a broke passenger side mirror it wobbled when I went down the road and really I feel like I shouldn't have had to pay for the truck at all due to the poor quality of the truck
Gregory WIT TOOK 9 CALLS TO BOOK THE TRUCK WITCH WAS A 10 FT, THE MAN SAID THERE WAS NONE SO 15 FT I GOT THERE AFTER DRIVING AROUND FOR 20 MIN......TO A 20 FT TRUCK NO BRAKES DROVE HORRIBLY, MY FURNITURE ROLLED AROUND IN THE WAY TOO BIG TRUCK. TELL PEOPLE ITS A FURNITURE STORE TRUCK HIDDEN AROUND BACK SO NO ONE ELSE DRIVES AROUND IN CIRCLES LOOKING FOR IT!!
Frances LCheck in and check out took nearly 30min each. Also I paid to rent 2 hand trucks and there was only one in the truck and I have not found a way to get a refund.

Timothy Vmore of the same self service crap. It took way to long with the app, really had to take 4 or more pictures and each one took several mins to upload. By the way, I have a new iPhone with excellent cell coverage so i seriously doubt the lag was on my end. I will use u-haul in the future but never again with tthe self serve feature.

Joe MNo hard copy documentation provided when requested. Vehicle driven less than 10 miles, gas up prior to return, pictures taken and parked as instructed. Verbally told cost of rental = $56.00. However, card charges = $60.00+ without explanation. All pictures taken not retrievable for some strange reason. Will never use this location again. Inside floor with alot of white sand. Passenger front tire low on air. Sales person short with conversation and verbalized being locked out of computer. Cost of gas too high for explained charges.
Paulette WFurniture Pads were not in the truck and business was already closed. Was still charged for them, even though we never got them but very much needed them!
