It’s an overall comment on U-Haul. 1. They called to change the pickup location the day before pickup. That’s why I reserved early so I could pick up at a location near my home. They should have moved the truck to my pickup location. 2. I reserved moving blankets, when I picked up the truck there were no blankets available at the pickup location. I had to drive back to the pickup location I had reserved to get moving blankets. I really wish there was another option other than U-Haul. I would no longer use U-Haul. They serve customers poorly.

When I arrived at this location, the person in charge of doing the paperwork was out of town for medical reasons. The manager or owner of the agency didn’t know what to do. He suggested that I waste my time going to another U-Haul location. I had to call corporate to handle the paperwork over the phone and get the reserves trailer hooked up. Additionally, after I had left the lot, I noticed that there was a license plate light cover missing. I had to return to document that missing piece so I wouldn’t be charged to have it fix latee. It was a poor experience and a waste of time while I had to come up with solution's to fix a problem they created so I wouldn’t be late for my business appointments. The person in charge for U-Haul reservations is extremely unprofessional, irresponsible and unreliable. I’ll never be using this location again.

I drive right past it-signage is challenging to see while driving when you aren’t familiar with the area. Drop off was quick and easy and staff was very accommodating!
