Just know that this is only a mobile rental site. They don't have a counter and you need to everything on your phone to check in and out and get keys. Overall, once figured that out, it was easy.
Jerry TI will not rent from this U-Haul location again, and I will not recommend it to anyone. The customer service was poor and unprofessional. When I rented the truck, it had half a tank of gas, yet I was charged for a full tank upon return, despite providing pictures to document the truck's condition. I've been a U-Haul customer for over 10 years, and this has been my worst experience. I deeply regret choosing this location.

Leonardo jYour app totally messed up. The gas was at just over 3/4th full, but the app said 7/8th full and my contract said full. What a pain!
Jeffrey SMobile app was not working for agent, Windshield was quite dirty hard to see out of., However, the rental agent was pleasant and was doing her best to make it work…. I tried to do the online pick up and it was not working properly. She was able to make it work on her side….
Andre LPerson who can process paperwork and give key doesn't work at 9:00AM at pick up time late 1 hr and 5 minutes have to pick up at 10:05 but have to do self check in process with my phone.
We SWORST location I ever been to!!! The lady was extremely unhelpful and had broken English which made it hard to understand. She made me wait to get my reservation for almost 20 mins because she would stop everytime a customer came in to purchase gas or whatever. The other customer for U-Haul before me the lady looked annoyed and upset when I first came in. I did an online reservation and they still didn’t have my right equipment and tried to over charge me longer than what I needed the rental for. (Make sure To check your contract throughly, she tried to say I have till noon to Bring back me rental when I picked up at 11 and since she that was stated it made it a day and 54 minutes on my agreement which is equivalent to two days because it’s over The 24hours even though my rental agreement said ONLY 24 hours) But wait it gets better. So upon returning my rental the lady asked if the gas was where it was and just asked for the keys. She then said she wasn’t able to check in my rental! She did not check the gas or check the vehicle or mileage) I called U-Haul about an hour and half after I dropped off my rental and it still wasn’t checked in. After Multiple calls to U-Haul customer service and a day and 6 hours later the field manager whoWas very rude and obviously doesn’t know who Is working at the locations he is responsible for which I feel he does not do his job well. He really lacked customer service but my rental was finally checked in. I would NEVER recommend this place To anyone I would drive across town and pay the difference in mileage and gas then EVER go to this location. This place is a joke and a headache. When you call the location directly and ask for U-Haul the guy who Answers says no U-Haul even though it’s the address and phone number of the location. I’m not one to ever write reviews but I am so disgusted and angry at the fact that I had to call so many times for someone to do their job. Don’t waste your time and don’t go here!!!!! This place should have their U-Haul status taken away.
Carlos DEquipment was full of construction debris. Staff was less than helpful. Staff did NOT hitch or unhitch trailer. Nor did they check to make sure lights were functioning. Cheap trailer, cheap facility.
Dave SDirty truck, also was a gas station so worker was helping multiple other people while dealing with the rental process. Took way to long.
JIMMIE WIt is unacceptable to provide a reservation time to a customer and have that customer wait 40 minutes to be able to drive away with the truck because the only person with knowledge of the paperwork specifics was not on the premises. The trucks windshield was so dirty with dead insect strikes, made it disgusting to sit in the truck but also unsafe to drive. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
