Staff was very helpful and made sure everyone was acceptable.
Dom FI was emailed the day before pick up that I had to drive 20 miles out of the way to pick up my Uhaul. If that was enough, when I get there I'm told that he doesn't have the dolly I rented. How do you move a whole 3 bedroom house without a dolly, and it's only 2 women moving stuff....terrible experience.

Gabriel CThis location was not well kept. You could not tell it was a Uhaul center. The inside office was a mess. The man on duty was kind, but very slow with the process. The other Uhaul locations in the area are much more professional.

Allen GI picked up a car hauler, when i got to my location i noticed that it had no car ramps, i managed to get my car loaded up with a spar set of ramps i had but i called and they told me i needed to drive 30 minutes back to drop off the trailer, than drive another 45 minutes to a location that might not have a car hauler

Joseph MMy trailer completely fell off the vehicle within 1 mile - safety chains fell off, trailer free shelled down the road. Fortunately it did not hit another car. It caused minor damage to my plastic trim. Also, the running lights did not work - turn and brake were OK. My suggestion - make sure the trailer won't come undone and make sure the eq is working. Seems like something I shouldn't have to say.

Gregory MExcellent care, only suggestion would be to clean the location up a bit. Grass was tall and building looks run down.
Crystal BI can’t think of anything. The manager was on time and very helpful with the inspection of the trailer and safety check.
John Eno one was there during the day.. we just used the key drop off and online check in.. no personal interaction with anyone at this site.

Rebecca VConsistently opened after posted hours. Personnel were friendly and helpful but lack of punctuality wasted a hour of my time over the two days that I had to do business there. Could not use automated drop off due to Uhaul app. Not recognizing my location even though all settings where in proper configuration for it to do so.
Frankie TStore was opened over 30 mins late both days that I had to do business there. Not sure if posted times are incorrect on your site or if personnel was just late. He was pleasant though, just frustrating to show up and have to wait that long.

William LHow about actually caring for customers.. everyone I talked to (I’ve called multiple times, due to your screw-ups) were rude, like I was inconveniencing them.. I will NEVER rent from UHAUL again.. and everyone I know will hear about my experience.

Gloria HI was double charged for my rental, and after returning the trailer I called the uhaul customer service number to ask why. I was told it was on hold until I returned the trailer, and would be refunded within a few day’s after return. If I didn’t have an extra 160.18 in my account I would have overdrawn. That is my only complaint.

Albert ITruck wasn''t inspected/ready to go. 4 days reserved so they could have gotten a decent truck. I had to put two quarts of oil in it myself. If its burning that much oil then it needs serviced. I turned in my reciept fot the credit. The A/C does not work properly, needs recharge? The windows were dirty, at minimum wipe off the windshield. The truck also has multiple impact scars and needs repair. Overall it did its job but that truck needs to be out of the fleet or repaired to proper working order.
