Truck was old and kind of dirty but go the job done. Could use a serious detailing.

No assistance helping get trailer attached. Trailer was pushed up against a fence w overgrown thistle and angled into a tire rot that made it nearly impossible to attach. Convenience store clerk was kind but also dealing with running register for other customers buying lottery tickets and cigarettes and doing transaction w his boss on speaker phone yelling my information across the store while others listened. I’ve rented countless uhaul vehicles over decades and this was the worst set up ever. I injured my back lifting trailer out of mud rut and no one was available to even help at all. Very disappointed. Also I rented this trailer a month in advance from my usual location in Athens Ga and got a message day before that the trailer was 20 plus miles out of the way at this dumpy gas station. This is unacceptable and I would hope someone would look at my customer history and frequency of use and provide some sort of credit not incentive to use uhaul again or I’ll be searching another option.
