Professionell people. This station is a run down liquor store, the cars are not in good condition, ordered boxes were not available, no straps to fix furniture. Overall very bad experience

lawrence aGet the app to work properly. Fought it for 2 hours to make a reservation. I called. Almost to the finish line. And got hung up on. Then when I went to pick it up. At a party store. The app was down. Told I could not get a truck. Then he conceded. He could try the website. I got the van. But an hour late. Missed the people. Wasted my time and money renting a U-Haul. By the way. The front end should be checked. Feels and sounds like. It needs shocks. And probably ball joints. Scary ride

Luke FI rented on a Sunday, reserved days before. I had set p/I time for 8:30. I should have confirmed the day before because the pickup time noted was 11am. We could not get lockbox open called toll fee number & was on hold for 30 mins.they tried to help. At 11am when open, they were able to open with no problem. Must not have lined up code properly. The truck was clean & the return easy tho.

Laura OThey informed me how to report that I was rented a truck with the check engine light on and the truck was dirty.
stacy wThe attendant did not give me a paper contract and told me the gas tank was at 3/4th which was true, when I checked the email contract he marked 7/8th on it, so it was 1/8th left that I had to pay when I returned the truck.
Gloria AMy rented equipment was not on the truck and there were dirty socks left on the truck. Customer service could not help me over the phone I had to go into a location to get a refund
