Called location eight times prior to estimated pickup time to let them know I was running late, but there was no answer. Upon arrival there was nobody available with the knowledge to assist me and was told it would be 20 minutes. Nearly 45 minutes later, a representative arrived and became argumentative when I asked why nobody answered their phone. Bottom line is there are other locations in the area and I would avoid this store. What should have been a 20 minute transaction took almost 90 minutes. I won't be back.
JOHN KThe dolly that I rented-the wheels weren’t well maintained and made it difficult to use. Everything else was fine.
RODNEY WUhaul failed to text or email me to tell me where to return the vehicle. I had to pursue this after-hours via multiple channels to get a response. Their app logged me in as another customer and leaked this customer's personal information to me. I would not recommend anything Uhaul-related in the future.
JONATHAN SI had a hard time with creating an account on the app. But other than that it was pretty quick and easy. I am a local and glad to have this service close to home. I will definitely rent again.
STEPHEN AI realize it's a new location. They actually were nit really open for another week or so! I was informed when I picked the Uhaul up, that could intact drop off the truck and where to park it. Unfortunately the owners didn't like where I parked it, I moved it 3x. I did fill the tank up at their establishment. The owners wife was kind at the kind. I apologized for being frustrated. At this time, I can't recommend pick-up or drop-off at this location. They need more training and support for their staff personnel.
