Kyle is the best! (I had gone to the Houghton Lake location first, but the woman running it, Sandy, is insane.) Kyle helped me figure out approximately how many miles I was going. He also explained about replacing the gas I used. Overall I was very impressed by the professionalism and politeness I received from Kyle, at the Roscommon location. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs to rent a uhaul.

The location wasn't the problem. Picking up my rental was a huge hassle. An hour on hold because the uhaul app didn't work. I would not recommend anyone use the app for a rental.

We dropped off our trailer on a Sunday, a day early, after hours and had no contact with anyone. This location was three hours from home. We did us the online check in and it was very easy.
