My car broke down so I couldn’t return my uhaul to the intown service location without being stranded after dropping it off, no one was in the office to answer the phone, I dropped it off at a different location that was closer to me and I called the costumer service number, costumer service told I would receive a call from the office regarding my situation and they never called, I then got charged $500 for wrongful drop off, with no chance of being able to talk to anyone regarding the situation. Now not only do I feel completely unsatisfied regarding the whole situation, I feel completely robbed, that they would even charge me that much.

Dan was friendly and knowledgeable, equipment was correct and in good working order, everything went to schedule. I don't know how it could have been better!

The fuel level was not where the guy at the rental place said it was. He said it was just above 1/4 tank but after I got in the truck it was actually below 1/4 tank so I had to add an extra $40 worth of fuel I order to not be charged for not returning where the contract said it was at. Also the truck cab was not clean at all but the cargo area was very clean.

Reserving the UHaul was super easy the truck was clean and they had it warming up when I arrived to pick it up. Prices are more than fair and I would choose them again

Very friendly and informative U-Haul representative. Truck looked like new both inside and out....a nice driving vehicle plus a most affordable way to move larger household items and furniture. Would definately recommend to others. Thank you County Line folks!
