Patrick GThe guy was rude and double charged us. He argued with us and our bank over the removal of funds from our account. We had to open a dispute with our bank to get some of our money back and we didn’t get our deposit back either. I’m really thankful I won’t have to rent a uhaul from him ever again. He’s a crook and tried to rob us of almost $800. We had to borrow money just to get home and our bank thankfully worked with us so we didn’t get charged overdraft fees when he charged us a second time for our rental.
Kayren FOnly problem was the brakes popped on the truck before making.That didn’t sit well with me due to I could have lost my life. But Mr.Mitch is a wonderful respectful person and he makes sure is customers are taken care of.

If it was not for the help of the people at the Dyersburg U-Haul, we may not have wanted to rent another. These were fantastic people and very helpful. They did everything to help us get a vehicle.
