The cellphone pickup process is BRUTAL! If the gentleman that was there after 5 on a Friday didn’t offer to help, I would have not been able to pick up the truck! Kudos to him!!!
Susan MTruck was horrible. Shook real bad when going down road then when I got it over half way loaded ramp got stuck had to wait 4 hours! For road service to get there just to tell me I have to unload it and take it to drop location in pennsville. I paid for 2 days and $70 in gas just yo take it 11 miles to another uhaul location. So no I'm very displeased with service. Need to check trucks more regularly and make sure everything is working in order on them.

Sherell LThe owner at this location is very rude waited 20 minutes for someone to wait on me even though I had self check out the keys weren't in vehicle and it was locked. I had to wait for a associate to help me they had me stand and wait. However the owner had enough time to tell me he was the owner and confront me because at this point I was agitated. If he had time for all that they should have been able to help me get out of there quicker. All seemed like a bunch of rednecks and the truck had roaches

Nathaniel TThe lock box did not work (either wrong code was given or it was so old, it was jammed). I was supposed to pick up at 7 am. UHaul called and owner was rude and said someone would be there at 8:30. At 9:15 someone finally showed up and unlocked the box with a key.
David WThe cab of the u-haul leaked water when it rained there was puddles of water up on the cab in the back of the truck and my mattress/Christmas décor/household items that were in boxes got all wet.
KENNETH VI was double charged for a U-Haul rental at this location. My first charge I completely consented to it cause I needed a truck rental for a couple hours. The second charge is what’s my problem. I got charged out of nowhere, $102 dollars, MORE THAN A WEEK LATER without my permission by UHaul with no explanation or nothing. I won’t be renting from u haul for a very long time if not ever..cause that’s complete bullshit. It’s Christmas and UHaul took my money that I was going to use for Gifts for my kids.
roberto cWould like to say I had a wonderful experience on my rental. The employees were so professional and on point with the rental process. Litttle story the people in front of me were having trouble and the woman helping them was so professional she went above and beyond to give them great customer service. Give this location a 10 star due to the professionalism of the employee and her actions on delivering the best customer service possible. Thank you again.

Shirley PNotify the customer of the business hours and not let them schedule something when its not possible to get the key at that time. I scheduled a van at 8 am little did i know the place i got it from opens a half an hour later. Wasting my time i applied for, if anything i figured if they werent open they would leave a key in a box i can pick it up at because i filled out all the info thru phone. Uhaul thats on you. Then when i tried to use your app to close out i couldnt close out because everytime i took a picture of the odometer and fuel gauge the app didnt accept it saying i need to take a pic of the odometer... i did 8 times! Fix your app. Other then that the guy working there was cool and i appreciated him being understanding.

Mike MWas 18 miles from my requested reservation site, so I had to pay an additional $36 in mileage . Never received a call night before , reservation request was for 830 didn’t leave site until 11am Won’t utilize uhaul again
James SThis experience was awful. No direction on where to pick up and drop off despite putting my preferences in. No communication on drop off time. When we tried to drop off, we couldn’t access the self serve app and no one was there. The response I got from the rep was “well I don’t know what to tell you.” Absolutely awful. I will never rent with Uhaul or refer family and friends ever again.
