The location was amazing. Uhauls system as a whole is crap. The person who called from a 615 number didn’t even leave a message. Then when I called it back the lady I spoke to was very rude and promised me the location would have the dolly I needed and they didn’t. All the people I dealt with at the location were amazing at my check out and checking back in. But I also still haven’t been refunded and your system overcharged me because that nasty lady on the phone didn’t do her job and correct my reservation. so you tried to overcharge me like you are running a scam but the amazing people at the location fixed it for me. But again still haven’t received my refund.

JOSEPH STruck was dirty, the back was covered in dried mud chunks uo the side. The lady I made the reservation made no mention too a mileage limit. Til after I was charged an additional 330$. They only gave me 52 miles on a one way trip to dickson. That's ridiculous that's literally 52 miles from county line too county line like wtf you think I was gonna do spend 300$ just too drive a empty truck and nit move my home. Biggest rip off I've ever had. Will never use uhaul again.

Janice Dcharge what you quote or if because the price changes because of the location you recommended you should inform the customer you just quoted the price to will be double the amount because you are picking it up from another location. I think you should honor the price quoted no matter what location it is picked up from. I was asking to rent the hauler from the akron location which if I would of rented it from there I would of been charge $140 but since you customer representive suggested it would be better for me to do a one way haul from clarksville, TN I had to pay $237 and some how that is my fault and not uhaul. I guess I now know DO NOT TRUST YOU UHAUL. She was not being helpful just out to make uhaul more money. She knew she quoted me $140.00 and she knew when she set up the pick up that it was going to be $237.00 and she did not in anyway change that quote she did not inform me that by pick up that trailer at another location that it was going to double my price. I of course did not know that because the proper way to do business is to inform the customer of the price difference. I would of hauled the trailer down to clarksville empty that only makes sense to do that. I found it truly disturbing that you as a company do business that way.

Jimmy AI had no issues with the location, but with U-haul. I don't understand why your trailers do not have a standard hook up for the trailer lights. The only way those car trailers are going to be pulled is by a truck. All trucks come with standard connection portals for trailer lights, but for some reason everyone that rents a U-haul has to buy an adapter in order to use them. To me that's greed and unnecessary.

Birk EI had a terrible experience with Uhaul. I rented a 15 foot box truck 1 day to move 80 miles. I picked up the truck on 6/30 and returned the next day, 7/1 and on time, I was charged accordingly. On 7/12 I rented a 15 foot box truck as well as a car hauler 7/12 - 7/17 drove from TN- to NY $ 1417.28. Paid infull on the 12th and returned on the 17th and on time. By the 20th my checking account was $525.00 over drawn. Turns out Uhaul with drew an additional $1411.80 from me on 7/13. So they return the 1411.28 after a week of emotional distress but does nothing about the 8 charges of over draft fees totaling $200.00. So I tried for another 2 weeks to no avail to get compensated for the over draft fees. Now I find out they charged my account again today 8/6 another $2500.00. So I’m back fighting and being sick because of the financial crisis Uhaul has put me threw. I’m going to seek compensation for the distress Uhaul has put me threw.

Jaymen PWe had our rental scheduled for 8 am 24/7 pick up and we got there and couldn't pick it up. We had people waiting on us to help us move and weren't able to obtain the truck till 9:30. This created us to pay our helpers more due to the truck not being available. We called and called and only got a hold of one person to help us.
