I paid my $10.94 fee upon returning the equipment. Now a year and a half later they are saying I didn't pay and charging me an additional $30. There has been no attempt to contact me in all that time. I even checked my junk email.TIFFANY N.

A car pulled up and blocked us in. Looked to be like a possible attempt to car jack us. Both occupants were staring at us and seem to be sizing us up. They then pulled on the side of our vehicle where one of the occupants put their hood up and continued to stare at us. I'm in law enforcement and I know they were planning to carry out something but changed there mind last minute. The location was very sketchy. I ordered a dolly, but it wasn't in the back. The truck had debris and trash in both the front and haul. The gas was not accurate. It said 5/8 but it was actually closer to one half. I would not recommend the pick up location after dark.Brandon B.

This was told poor service the truck was dirty in the inside and it was parked in a mud hole i had to walk in to get in the truck it was parked behind the dumster no resetgina W.
my reservation was for 9:00A.M. the owner of the business didn't show up until 9:30. I left the location at 10 which cause my help to have to wait for me. My contract showed the fuel gauge at 3/4 but it was at 5/8, This is due to them moving the truck from the order location to the pickup location. The start and finish mileage also reflects that, I spoke with Vick Genet who opened a case. I emailed her the picture of the fuel gauge.Randall G.

Close this location!!! I cannot believe I brought my mother here. She stayed in the car with the doors locked. The guy who helped did the best he could do. The location should no longer exist. This location is a liability for U-haul. The agent who helped over the phone after the guy on site did as much as possible, hung up on me 3 times!!! She even tried to process a payment over her cell phone. I said HELL NO. She then 'remembered' it was on file. So goddamn sketchy. I will never ever go there again and I will tell everyone about my experience. I ordered 24 blankets and they had 4 TOTAL. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Makes my skin crawl just thinking about it. Send a U-haul Corporate rep or a secret shopper IMMEDIATELY. CLOSE. THIS. LOCATION.Jonathan B.
Drop their Uhaul status The help was rude and not courteous. Their computer was down which made the check in very difficult. The location was in a very bad part of town. The store was dirty. The moving help experience was a nightmare beginning with the wrong home number to be located. That made the time frame to receive help to close to be able to make arrangements.carol C.
Service was disgusting. When I showed up to pick up my rental, the system was down and the guy there just told me that it wasn't his problem and to leave. When I finally got to pick up the rental almost 2 hours later from going to 2 other locations, it was disgusting. There was coffee spillage everywhere, dog hair, dirt, and it was not drivable. It was as if someone took a dog in the car and shaved it there. Lastly, I was charged far more than what I was told. Over $100. Never coming back.khaled H.
The drop off location shares a manual carwash. When I pulled in there was someone washing a truck and he came over and yelled at me that I needed to move. I asked where I needed to go and another person told me to circle the block and he would direct me. Circled the block and a couple of other people came up to me and everyone was confused. I finally said, I am returning the truck, trailer and equipment and asked that they figure out the logistics of where it needs to be parked. Gave them my last name and left. Someone local called to see if I dropped off the next day and I told them I dropped off the precious day, early afternoon. I would HIGHLY recommend Uhaul not be affiliated here as the facility is disorganized, dirty and the employees more than likely all should be drug tested.dara C.

The operator of this location shouldn't be allowed to represent your company. I waited 45 minutes for the store to be opened and the attendants who finally showed up were carwash helpers who weren't properly trained to complete the transaction. Never will I use this location again.Michael L.

We got there a few minutes early and was told that they didn't have the keys and to return in 30 to 45 minutes. I went get gas and came back because I couldn't do anything else. The guy arrived with the keys 20 minutes later. The place is not a professional atmosphere.Heidi D.
After picking up car hauler trailer on Thursday evening, on the way home about a mile away from the pick up location, my engine light went on in my truck. A call to u-haul that evening, after waiting on hold for [half a hour, produced the comment from the comment that you can return the trailer in the morning, but it was up to the location whether they would refund any or all of your rental fee. The next morning I was told that none of my rental fee would be refundable. I was very disappointed in u-haul that the representative basically said tough luck, since you drove it off the lot, you are responsible for the full rental.TIMOTHY S.
