I Recommend Don’t Have Customer Return Trucks To Random Parking Lots In Dangerous Areas, I Was Directed To Leave The Truck At 401 E Hillcrest Inglewood Ca, A Bank Of America Parking Lot W No Drop Box For The Keys. I Still Have They Keys. Especially When There Was Literally A UHaul Center 5 Streets Down. Why Couldn’t I Return There Rather Than A BOA Parking Lot? Dumb! Then I Went To The UHaul Center Down The Street And They Did Not Want To Help Me WIth The Situation, They Told Me to Call Customer Service. Again Dumb! Then When I Did Call Customer Service They Put Me On Hold And Hung Up On Me Twice!!!! I Still Don’t Know Where To Leave The Keys! I’m Very Disappointed And Dissatisfied! Please Let Me know Where To Return The Keys To The Truck.
