Nothing, they were very friendly and helpful. He was extremely fast when I was in a desperate situation. He even apologized for not having the truck long enough to put gas in it.

Chapman KArrived at appointed time and no one was on site. Called the contact number on the sign that showed hours of operation. Never received a call back from the pick up location. Proceeded to call number on my actual reservation and got help to determine which trailer had been assigned to pick up. The parking lot had about a Foot drop down from the main road so that was a little difficult trying to merge back into traffic once the trailer had been hooked up. Thankfully, I had someone with me who knew how to do that.
Jacqueline HAgent never showed up. Had to call 800 number. This delayed my timeline by an hour. Had to wait until next day to drop off car to my customer. Had trailer for 23 hours and was charged 2 day’s rental.

Rafael gThe cars and SUV's now days are wider. The SUV that I towed just fit on the two wheel dolly. I don't know if it possible to make them wider but it sure would make it safer in my opinion.
william sTruck dirty. Check engine light on. Told to just drive it. Then smashed up trailer and had no lights from Tennessee to New York. Not happy at all. Thank God never have to do this again. I have rent truck and multiple trailers returned them early and never got a refund.

Kimberly BNeed a sign on site to call a certain number if you have a Uhaul reservation. Someone was not there when we arrived even though the sign said open. However, once I found my reservation paperwork and called the number they took care of us very quickly.

Katrina HI am not happy that I got charged for two days (PLUS two days of insurance) when I only had it for less than 24 hours. A refund was submitted but I have to wait 3-5 business days for my money to come back to me. This really needs to be paid attention to before charging people. I am struggling financially this week because of it.

Harriet BThe contact there shows open Saturday which is why I booked from that location. He then told me he wouldn’t be there and the key would be in the uhaul at 9:00 at my scheduled time. I got there at 9 and they key was not there nor was the owner. I waited 35 minutes for him to get there and then he didn’t have the equitment I requested and had to search and search for the others he did have. We did not leave with the uhaul I rented until 10:40 and my rental was for 24 hours starting at 9. Then the bags of furniture pads was suppose to have 24 and only had 12. I was charged for 24. He didn’t have an appliance dolly even though it was reserved for two weeks. It was completely unorganized and I was frustrated that I couldn’t get location services to work to check in my appliances properly. It was suppose to start storming at 2:30 so we wanted to get started as soon as possible but that didn’t happen.

DAVID BLocation needs to ensure trucks are properly prepared for pickup. Wrong dolly was in the truck and it took telling the location owner/worker numerous times I needed that dolly and needed it ASAP before they brought it to me.
