It took me at least 30 minutesto get the key out of the box. I thought the code didn't work, I had to wait for customer service, loss time from the job, turns out the dead bolt was rusted, this is the 21st century there should be digital lockbox st all locations, I lost $$$.... 30 + minutes of work fooling with a rusty lock. A discount on the rental would be nice
