Overall a ridiculously bad experience with UHauls systems and processes. The people I spoke with were all nice, but UHauls systems made the experience so bad I have a hard time considering using the company again. First, the rental truck I reserved was not available. The lady at the location said she had been telling her UHaul rep for over a week that she did not have a truck available. No one ever contacted me. The only other truck available at that time was an hour away and 10 ft larger than what I had reserved . After a couple hours of searching- time we did not have since it was the day we planned to move - we were lucky to find another truck at a different UHaul through a personal connection. We rented that truck, loaded and drove to where we were moving (it was a one-way rental). The app did not show a drop off location. I called UHaul and spent another 45 minutes in the phone being passed between 5 different groups, had the call dropped and had to call back myself. Apparently UHaul had a system issue and the truck we rented never showed as being picked up so the system could not assign a drop off location. I finally spoke with Belle in the Atlanta location who went out of her way to get the issue corrected - even though it was out of her territory. Overall a terrible experience.

Peggy TEric came out to meet us in the dark and helped us check in. I was so aggravated with your stupid app that he offered to complete the check in taking the pictures for me. Your app totally sucks, but Eric was awesome. Good luck making that app work without having to rely on excellent people like Eric!

TERESA CIt took me at least 30 minutesto get the key out of the box. I thought the code didn't work, I had to wait for customer service, loss time from the job, turns out the dead bolt was rusted, this is the 21st century there should be digital lockbox st all locations, I lost $$$.... 30 + minutes of work fooling with a rusty lock. A discount on the rental would be nice
