We got to the location on Saturday at 10:30 am as the website stated they were open until 11:00am. The office was locked and closed. I called the number on the reservation and the person on the phone was not acceptable. I had to spell my name multiple times and very slowly. I had to give him much information over and over again that was already in the reservation. I had reserved 12 packing blankets which were not available. This required me to call another location and get there quickly before they closed so that I would have the equipment that I needed and ordered. I would not use Plank road again. The people at the Putt Putt location were fantastic about getting me the blankets.

Took us 1.5 hours to get the key to the truck. Online was very confusing. Office was supposed to be open (it said online that it is open) Unfortunately nobody was in the office. Very old truck. Roll up windows I haven't seen in decades. Very expensive. cost a fortune for just a few hours. Miles should be free if you charge already $ 180.00 to rent plus filling up the tank after use. Would not ever rent a truck from U-Haul again. Very disappointed. Lady at the Drop off location was very nice and helpful.
gus hChange the app to request take a picture of the back with the door opened, then take a picture of it with the door closed. I left the back door open and had to go back to close it. The location was good. Parking was just VERY tight for a not real truck driver.
