U-Haul is clearly their side hustle, and while most places make that work, but this place still needs to learn to manage both. The guy who checked me in was working out in a crowded space, blasting music, and he seemed annoyed that I was even using their location. They didn't have any of the equipment I requested but that may be a U-Haul website issue. Overall, I would suggest going to a dedicated U-Haul place, but if you need a quick pickup, these guys will be OK; just be prepared for all the sweaty people running and working out around you as you're waiting for the clerk to do their job between sets.

david lPlace was not very helpful. It took about 30 minutes to get checked in. The people at the front had no idea what they were doing and constantly had to ask their manager for help. I then got the truck, but both furniture pads and the dolly I requested weren't there. When I asked about it they told me they had no inventory of any items. And if I needed anything, to go through all the other uhauls and see what others left and just take it. Overall terrible customer service, no attention to detail, no prep, no inventory, the worst Uhaul experience I have had. They were gym staff that only cared about the gym. They tried selling me a gym membership and to buy creatine while I was there.
Carlos ANo one was there to help me pick up the equipment, I had to call someone to help me, then I was told to do everything myself, which is fine, but unexpected. Then not told how to do things properly so when I had done them wrong I didn't get a text for 10 minutes when I was already on my way down the highway, and I couldn't re-do the picture until later. Very unprofessional. If you want to run two businesses in one, fine but you should probably have someone there to help with both. If I hadn't scanned in my ID via the app already or not been someone that was physically able to move the trailer myself, or been tech savvy to know how to use the app, there would have been a lot of issues. Do better.

ALEXANDRIA JMy first complaint is that I had to look for a manager; the second complaint is that I requested a dolly but one was not available. In addition, the manager made the comment that the $18 dolly fee would be deducted from the overall payment when I turned in the truck; however, the receiving manager stated that Crossfit should have been the one to deduct the fee.

kristy KThe published hours are not honored. Gates are closed and locked before the published closing time. So checking out the vehicle required us to rush and get out of the parking lit so the gym workers could close and lock the gate. When returning the vehicle, I arrived around 7 pm for a 7:45 return, and the gates were again closed and locked. Luckily, someone from the gym showed up for a class, called the owner and opened the gates.

Jared RReturning was just as bad. The employee just did nothing but say use the app. That’s it nothing else customer assistance via an app is not customer assistance. Maybe less do it your self and start actually having human interaction with customer service.
BRIAN NThe app was awful, the login and check in took over 30 minutes. The app was glitchy. When I tried to check out it wouldn’t accept my picture. Not easy and not streamlined.
CHRISTIAN OTruck only had 1/4 tank of gas when we picked it up. I ended up putting double the gas in the tank and left it with 1/2 tank of fuel.
Michael SI am a senior citizen. I requested a vehicle from a safe location. This location was in a ve Ray bad part of town. Before I rented a truck, I w ent to a location and looked at trucks to make sure I had the proper vehicle. The trucks did not have the size where visible so I went and asked about the size truck I picked out. The agent said it was a 15’ truck so that’s what I rented. The truck I picked out was actually a 20’ truck so I have had to make 2 trips from Austin to Waco because your agent was either ignorant or just did not care. Never will I use your services again. How simple is it to train your people to know the merchandise.
