The business location has a sign.on the building the says D&K Auto Sales, not Crossroads Auto Rental. The business was NOT open during normal business hours, AND they didn't answer their phone. The address is also in a sketchy area.
David MThe dealer was rude when asked for assistance in loading my vehicle. He could have responded in a polite manner vs being rude. Not recommend. U-Haul locations provide better service and can assist in more in helping customers.
Alexa ATie down ratchets on the tow dolly were broken, Tire pressures were not properly set, Excessive loose, uneven gravel throughout the parking lot.
Douglas WDrop off was a terrible experience. There was no one there. We had to wait and when he finally arrived. He was very rude and not helpful at all. Said that he didn't even do this. He sold cars but apparently he rented u hauls out as well. I still have not received my deposit back. It was a terrible experience.

Gale MThe csr that checked me in told me he was about to "fucking leave me" if I was any later. Truck was supposed to be set up as 24/7 and was not and was informed he didn't do that "stupid shit". Was also told he wouldn't be there to check in truck and then rent it out and U-Haul would have to fix next reservation. Awful experience. Told me if I left my car then it could be towed or damaged at my expense as well.
