Check-in process took a long time. This should be an easy process to automate to shorten the time.Brian G.
The truck was not full of fuel. The truck had a heavy odor of cigerett smoke. I believe someone had been sleeping in it from the clothing and personal items left on and behind the seat. When I returned the truck, the attendant told me there was no credit for returning the truck with more fuel. I believe both of these issues could be addressed quickly to assure customer service. Horrible. We got the truck back on time. The mgr was gone and we were told to come back in an hr. Came back and he was cooking. We left the paperwork, keys, blankets and car dolly with the wife. This was my first time renting from U-haul and the clerk that checked out the equipment was rude. He did not explain the process at all and I was standing right next to him receiving text messages that were supposed to be letting me know I needed take pictures with my phone. That was never explained, nor was the check in process. I would recommend to pick up equipment from a different location and hope that the personnel would explain the process.Elizabeth B.

My only complaint is that I still have to pay for 3 days when it turned out I only need 1. I do not understand why I cant be credited back for the days I did not need. Plans can change. I dont rate that as good customer service. I see that policy as a RIP off. I guess if I ever need uhaul again I'll rent for one day & then let you know if I need it longer after I have it. Seems only fair. Other than that, everything else was great, I hope whomever pocketed the 2 addition days fee has a good steak dinner on me. Thank you.Cheryl C.

Jerome needs to brush his teeth, wash his clothes, and be respectful. At his instruction we parked trailer exactly how he wanted, but then amazingly he was unavailable seconds later when we went inside to officially do the turnin, even though he was still there. He was not with any other customer, but later learned that he thought cleanup was more important than serving customers, so I was inconvenienced by returning the next day. I was reminded several times that Jerome was the â€œ Assistant Manager.â€ If he puts his finger in my face again I may just render him unconscious.JACK A.

The personnel we're very friendly and courteous, but the cab smelled awful of cigarettes even though there were NO SMOKING stickers on the windows. There were pet odors and dog/cat hair everywhere and trash behind the seats.sandra L.

The tie down straps had been damaged by the previous rented and were too short for my application. I had professional tie down chains and straps so it was no big deal but this should be corrected for future renters.Paul H.

The manager was extremely disrespectful. We asked that he do a walk around to confirm any markings of the truck and he told us if we wanted to know the marks to take a picture. He kept cutting my husband off from talking and was very pushy. The employee tried to add on a insurance plan after we told her no. The manager told us the employee (i believe her name was Freedom) didnt know what she is talking about most of the time. This was the WORSE experience of my life. I would have gone elsewhere if I didnt need the truck right away. I will never rent from this location again and will make sure that my friends and family in the area stay as far away from it as wellMartin M.
