This place wasn't even open, there was no drop box and was in a bad part of town. Terrible customer service was rude and eventually told me to leave the keys under the seat and leave a door unlocked. My husband and I waited for 3 hours for the person holding the keys for the truck to get picked up. Originally, my schedule of pick up is 8:00am, when I was on the phone with this UHaul personnel, he kept on saying that he is with a student driver with him in the car and he will be there shortly. When I signed back in my account, the time of pick up has changed into 10 am, then 11:11 am. Finally when he came he has problems signing us in on line to just pick up the truck.Richard C.

Improve the quality of the reservation. We waited well over an hour for our uhaul and on top of that we were not provided with a dolly. As requested and they did not want to provide us with 50 dollar off for not having our uhaul ready. Customer service was not a big selling point with them. They just wanted us to pay and not show us the truck or any paperwork.manuel D.
I was extremely unsatisfied with my experience with uHual company and it's third party associates . I was sent to a location that was not in any way prepared to help with receiving information about how to receive keys to even open and use the uHual we had reserved .. we called the location they said no one told them about any reservation of the uHual and they didn't have the keys the would come and bring the keys we waited at least half a hour then call uHual company number and was put on hold then transferred to 4 different people before we were told a code to get in the locked door to receive the keys this put us at such an Inconvenience being we only had so much time to move and time we had our help ,. Then when we finally use it we were charged twice which I don't understand. I will definitely be letting people I know of my experience and how much of an inconvenience you would be put in . Next move definitely won't be with uHual.miles B.
