The check in and check out on the app takes a long time. It would be nice if it didn't have so many steps

aubrey iThe pick up experience was the most difficult, horrible, complicated and frustrating. If it hadn't been fit thr customer service representative verbally walking us thru the check in, we would have NEVER completed the process....the truck was parked underneath a tree. The hood and windshield was FULL of bird poop. We could see thru the windshield.
Samuel GStaff was amazing and made it super fast and easy to pick up and drop off. They communicated every step of the way. Definitely will refer people to this facility.
