The truck had no air conditioning, the brakes are ready to go out in this truck, absolutely no stopping power at all. Then you had the audacity to charge me $60.48 for fuel after I filed it up to the same spot it had when I picked it up. I will never use U-Haul again, what a terrible experience.

Clerk lied and charged me for gas, I returned truck at same gas level as before I rented it and have photos to prove it. He said it was not returned at same level and charged me $63 for it and when I questioned him he said he didn’t do it Uhaul did take it up with them. I called and Uhaul and the operator said the clerk at the smoke shop where I returned it did do it !! So after sending her proof she said a refund would be coming.
Diane NPrices online were not the same when I picked up. The insurance, the cost of truck, the safemove. Everything quoted online was less tyen when I picked it up. The truck had dirt inside the back. The lock on the back door was very hard to unlock. The ramp kept sticking. Couldn't pull all the way out, then wouldn't shut completely.
