Location itself was sketchy and unkempt, didn’t instill confidence from the start. The truck was right by a broken down fence. It was also the only truck there which was weird. They did not provide the dolly and pads that I’d ordered either and they weren’t open so I couldn’t talk to anyone about it. The interior was not clean, sticky soda residue all over the cupholder area. And there were scratches all over the truck. My app was glitching so I had to call uhaul to report this and have them add photos of everything.
