EVERYTIME ....I rent a truck there, I am triple charged incorrectly. This time you only want to refund $24 something, after charging me almost $80😡😡 Then my bank account is shorted on the weekend and NO CREDIT CAN BE MADE FOR 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS!!! THIS IS SO WRONG. THIS TIME YOUR CALCULATIONS ARE ALL WRONG!!! HELP!!

The staff at CurryDale is very friendly and helpful. The UHaul website will not allow me to reserve a 5 x9 trailer from this location, although they seem to always have these available. They set up my reservation after I email them the details, they always respond quickly after setting up the rental

Ensure all trucks are fully filled with fuel. Makes it far easier to fuel back up when returning. Also makes it convenient to not have to leave the U-Haul yard and have to find a fuel station because you were giving a truck with an 1/4 of a tank.

They were a great shop. Somehow I missed their U-Haul sign, but that was likely my fault. They were very kind and understanding as I was under a great time pressure and missing their sign could have meant a huge cost to me in transportation home. I don't know how to thank them for their patience and assistance.

This is the best storage facility you will find in Bandon, Oregon. Office staff very friendly & helpful. Questions answered promptly. Clean and easy access during business hours. Securely locked and protected during afterhours.

Whether it was because of the slow computer at the front end or ??, our drop location was not expecting our vehicle and had to place a phone call to get things straightened out when we arrived. The personnel there, however, were very helpful and apologetic about the delay and we weren't in a particular hurry.

I was very satisfied with the rental of the storage unit in Bandon. Upon moving everything into storage, I was able to make arrangements ahead of time to have someone that works for the storage have a hyster to load things up to the upper units to avoid packing everything up the stairs. It was very much appreciated. My stuff in storage was safe as they have a metal gate that they lock when they close for the day. They were very friendly and it was a very easy move out. I had storage for about 10 months and worth it knowing my Daughters stuff was safe until we moved it out of storage into a place out of town. Thank you very much. I was a very satisfied customer. The facility was great. The employees were always a pleasure to deal with. My only minor complaint was the schedule. Closing at 5:30pm and being closed all day on Sundays was the biggest challenge for me as a customer. Thank you for providing the service and I would recommend you to others (although I'd have to caution them about the schedule).

Uhaul has too many problems with reservations. I have used Uhaul several times in the last 2 years and this is the first time my reservation has worked. The other times I have had to go many miles out of the way to pick up the rental truck or trailer, if the vehicle I wanted was even available. The man at the drop off location promised that he would E-mail me a receipt. Now it is two days later and I still have not received the receipt. Please send my receipt to this email address. I do not recommend Uhaul to anyone.

I have had 4 different storage units of various sizes here in the past 6 years. I would highly recommend this storage facility when one is needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The units are clean and safe. The gates are locked at night. There are many options and sizes. I never had any issues the entire time my things were stored at airport-u-stor.
