The main Uhaul rental on Genesee Street, Auburn, NY is a scammer, rude and would not recommend them to anybody. Plus the uhaul was a piece of junk and was still buried in the snow when we got there. Go to Cranebrook Dr. He is very nice and accommodating, won't jerk you around like the other.
