Was sexually harassed lied to way overly charged felt like Corperate thought I was lying even though there is cameras they could go and watch. Ended up paying 255 plus they want 35$ more for two days my friend paid 89 and had it longer the same two days and same size uhaul. Most decently some scam artist. Would not recommend go to penzzys! Also drove maybe 12 miles for U-Haul on e and they charged me for a lot of gas and told me I didn’t have to put it in he would just add mileage difference on my card! Don’t fall for it such liars !
HOLLY NThe floorboard of the truck was dirty they are rude they are nasty they don't apologize for their mistakes and they're still trying to charge me for a truck that didn't move but three miles because of the snow storm I will never go back there again
MARY EI was charged for an extra day and extra coverage when I literally returned to truck on the SAME DAY less than 3 hours later. The drop off location was sketchy as fuck, it was a random parking lot and I was instructed to call a number which I did and the person on the phone instructed me to send them a picture of the key and place it in a lockbox which I did. They need to give me my $55 back that they overcharged. It’s not my fault the return didn’t get processed until 2 days later when I literally returned the truck less than 3 hours later. Figure your shit out uhaul
