On the Uhaul App, my friend and I reserved a 15' truck at this location on 7/31. When we arrived, we were told no such truck existed and they could only find a reservation for a dolly and no truck. I was told they could not cancel the reservation so my friend called Uhaul while I rented the only truck they DO have, a 10' truck. I was told they had no dolly or furniture pads, (which they confirmed we reserved before) and we accepted as we were in a hurry, only to find a dolly and furniture pads in the truck (utterly disorganized). Upon returning the truck several hours later, I followed the instructions noted for after hours drop off. 10 days later on 8/9, I received a charge for over $400, along with a claim I had kept the truck for 10 days and just returned it. On top of that, they claimed I didn't return it at the same fuel level I received it...I OVER filled from where it started (5/8 of a tank at start returned at 3/4 of a tank) resulting in an extra charge of over $15.00. All in all I can write this off as general negligence and lack of concern for their customers along with bad organization skills, not malicious intent. but I was harmed by their practices nonetheless.

This location is just a drop off location and thus there is no U-Haul anything, only the equipment rented will be there when you arrive and no U-Haul employees on site.
