A little too AI/cell phone oriented; especially for checking back in. Lady at Desk was excellent support. Very pleasant and helpful. Great representative!

Truck was clean. People were very polite. Truck needed maintenance due to tire pressure issues that prolonged my trip. I had to stop many times to check /add air.
