ROGER PPerson attending very unprofessional, it seemed that he wanted to find something wrong, unit was given to me with half a tank and I left it with more than that, he was still insisting on it, at the end he said everything was ok, no receipt was given to me. Placed looked filthy, guy wearing socks only.
JOAQUIN AI got charged on the gasoline. I refueled it before I returned it back. I don’t know why I still got charged. I have the photos evidence of the gas and mileage. Please correct the bill and refund me the money on gas.

Leticia MThe truck return app requires a photo of the instrument cluster. It required a live photo at the time of check out. I took a photo with my phone first which it wouldn't allow me to upload. Better instructions would help here.

LILLIAN MI picked up the truck when they were closed and had to use mobile pickup. It was a disaster. Took almost an hour—-in the rain!! I will never rent again from a place using mobile. Only from a store that is open.
